Girlie Quilt

This was a fun quilt that used fabrics I already had--even the back! Perfect for a little girl to cuddle up in or drag around the house!

Oh Deer! Boy Quilt

When I saw the Oh Deer fabric line I knew it would be perfect for a little quilt! I had fun splitting up the boy colorway from the more feminine color way and getting two quilts out of one charm pack.

Here is the boy quilt:

I used a red print from the collection on the girl quilt. This was an adventure for me as it is a bright and busy quilt. I did half square triangles and sewed them on point for a different look. Here's a shot of the quilt top:

Rainbows make me ready for Spring!

I picked up a fat quarter bundle of these beautifully printed fabrics in a rainbow of colors. After keeping it in my stash for too long, I rediscovered it one day and fell in love with the bright, cheery colors.

I was able to get two baby quilts out of it and went with two different patterns, both made with half-square triangles. I love the simple nature of an HST and the endless options they bring. I got to create two completely different quilts with the exact same fabric and same cuts. I am also loving gray and with these quilts, the gray really lets the colors shine through.

Enjoy!
